What is 401(k) Day? It is an annual celebration spotlighting the importance of employer-sponsored profit sharing and 401(k) plans. As retirement follows work, 401(k) Day follows Labor Day. In 2008, 401(k) Day is officially on September 5, the Friday after Labor Day. If September 5, does not work for your company, you can select another date to celebrate 401(k) Day that best meets your company's needs - in fact feel free to celebrate 401(k) Day all year long!

To fit perfectly in today's busy lifestyle and fast paced computer generation, the PSCA has created NEW for 2008, "The Power of Ten (minutes)." These employee education tools can all be completed in 10 minutes or less!

Interactive Games

The interactive games section houses a selection of retirement-themed games, including interactive crossword puzzles, word find games, and a "card match" memory games. PSCA member companies and employees have access to these tools in Spanish as well.

Annual Retirement Check-Up

The annual retirement checkup is a tool designed to help you evaluate their retirement plan each year and identify necessary adjustments.

Roth 401(k): Amazing Road to Retirement

The Amazing Road to Retirement provides clues about the traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) journeys.

401(k) Calculator

The personalized 401(k) calculator will allow you to try out different saving and investment strategies to fit your personal situation and time frame.

These online educational videos provide a broad overview of the operation of profit sharing and 401(k) plans.
